Just curious, when shooting in or from a blind does it echo in there and has anyone ever shot through the screen of the blind?i thought about that only because it was windy and raining, so if i close the screens to minimize the wind could i shoot?

Today at 1230 i see orange i watch to see if they were coming or going, either way they aren't suppose to be there. i am watching and the guy point to the stand to the other one and say something and start walking closer, a few steps they see me in blind and turn to leave. i say you know your trespassing so keep going and don't come back. I am thinking great now i know no deer are around. I stay and around 345 i start packing to walk to other side and hoping i see something there. All the sudden a guy pops up and i say you have crossed the line that he needs to go that way, he said no he knows where he was, i told him whose land it was and he couldn't hear he said and kept coming closer so the one time i don't have my camera but i fumble for my cell phone to get his picture. i said it louder over and over and he still didn't hear me till he got in my face screaming calling me names telling me i am trespassing. OMG! i was scared. Husband and the land owner they said to call cops owner doesn't want anyone there. then i hear the gunshots, Holy shit is he shooting at me? i could barley talk when i called 911, as soon as i was out of sight he hightailed it to the gun shop to see if i was telling the truth, he said he did not shoot gun, and now that he knows he was wrong he want to meet up with me to apologize. NO. told my husband to jack the bastard up for getting in my face!

Chickens are messy as hell and can be loud, like to shoot them sometime. You can use the poop on garden, the way i understand this years poop on garden next yr. we have 2 gardens so i just put it on one not being used this yr. chickens don't need a big area just make sure they aren't cramped. i have 21-25 hens and i let them out first light always, one thing to know is less light less eggs

Thanks bubba, i didn't last long this morning because i wasn't feeling well. Right before 7am i seen a deer coming from the other field and i figured at the rate it was moving it will be legal shooting time, i position myself at the right angle and wait... man this deer is slow i thought and i see oh its a buck so i know i am ready for him! wait he hasn't gotten any closer wth, i look to the right of him and i see there are a few stalks lined up, Crap its not a deer its corn lol oh well... i thought it was funny

I think all hens make noise, you don't need a rooster to make eggs, they are to fertilize the eggs. you can raise chickens in any setting, they grow up not knowing any different then what they have, give them an inch once they always want it that way after that. Happy healthy chickens will lay eggs good. I chose Rhode island reds because they can handle the cold and are good to eat. I do have other breeds and have never any die from the cold. I get green, blue and different shade of brown eggs, RIR lay brown lrg to jumbo eggs. I suggest getting at least 6 if you have the room to share so no one complains

so i have a lot of deer but once again not close enough to shoot. I have shot at a doe kinda knew i shouldn't have but i did and it went under her. I don't think she knew what happened lol. I decided i don't like the tree stand so i go to the blind about 11 yesterday and my camera get shots of 2 does walking by my stand.. yup figures. I still have the rest of the week for a shot. I don't know,I sent someone a text that lives in Avon and her husband hunts so i can see if he uses them. not sure if this helps at all
