  1. Same thing for me I was tired of going to bowshop so i got bowmaster bow press. I watch a bunch of videos off of youtube. I watched kenny parson for all my tuning tips and bow setup.
  2. I used to use thunderheads then i switched to shwackers, love them. You can set your field point up switch to these and they shot the same. I had seen last year that rage made the same looking broadhead, but not sure if they are selling again this year. I saw it at dick's sporting goods in poughkeepsie. This year I saw trophy ridge has also made one that is very similar to shwackers. I think shwacker has something good going with there design if other companies are trying to copy them, unless shwackers design isn't the first broadhead like that.
  3. Thunderheads are great. I think thunderheads and muzzy are good for what I have used. But to be honest the best broadhead is the one with the best shot placement period. Always have super sharp blades with a double lung shot and i don't care what you use that deer is going down.
  4. They only opened a new small section this year for shotgun. So a total of two areas are gonna be open . The new area is very small and usually where i like to enter the park but i don't really care because i go pretty deep into the woods. Which is fine with me cause i can use them to push the deer to me opening day of gun.
  5. That is a sweet lookin buck. Good luck on getting that deer. I'm pullin my cards tomorrow.
  6. you can mount it on your chest or head, they have different accessories and i believe you just hit a button and it will start recording. If you get the head strap wherever you look it will record. They have the naked hero which is HD and they have the 960p camera which is a little bit cheaper.
  7. It's pricey but i think worth it. www.gopro.com
  8. I've just finished reading precision bowhunting by John & Chris Eberhart. Great book of course if your a bowhunter but gives you a month by month setup of scouting and hunting all year round. Big Bucks the benoit way by Bryce M. Towsley seems to be a great wealth of knowledge in identifying deer tracks and sign without ever really seeing deer until you shot it. I don't believe the Benoits or Eberharts are biologists by definition but because they are successful hunters i would say they are pretty close to it.
  9. Yea i also bought the lifetime bow, how many tags are we supposed to get with that?
  10. It's a good rest it does make a little noise when you trigger it by hand but i don't really hear it when i shoot. Very simple to setup.

    New bow

Pse bowmadness bow is awesome i have the xs. Shots great
  12. I use rocky which is pretty good. But i do a lot of hiking and i have to say when i bought terramar it was awesome. It's 86% micropolyester and 14% spandex. Buy it so it slightly tight but don't worry you'll be able to move with it on. It does work better if close to body not lose like a summer shirt. So much to choose out there. Under armour is ok but for the price i'd rather get terramar. Great places to look for base layers. Campmor, sportsmansguide, moosejaw, altrec then of course cabelas or bassproshop .
  13. good luck on that second buck
  14. wow that's nice good luck good hunting
