  1. I'm looking at the new Tundra Hybrid. I'm just waiting for the MPG and prices. Im also interested in the weight of them because I don't want to have to get commercial plates for a pick up. I heard some may be a smidge over 6,000 pounds which is the border for having to get commercial plates

  2. Why take the risk? Un screw the breech plug and clean it out. I wouldn't want what essentially becomes a pipe bomb in my hands, if I had the ability to just in screw it and clean it

  3. Be careful with blackhorn guys. I have pitting on my muzzleloader after leaving it dirty for a few months. It was very light pitting and the gunsmith didn't think it would effect the accuracy, but I thought I wouldn't get any rust. Im still going to use it, but ill be cleaning it after I get it sighted in.

  4. All you need is practice. My grandparents used to hunt with a guy that would regularly kill running deer, but that's how he grew up hunting. They grew up hunting in Europe where running game was the name of the game. Id say most American Hunters do not have the skill to consistently kill running deer. Not that they can't achieve the skill, just that they don't practice it at all. Its all in the form and practice. Since most of us don't regularly shoot at running game Its not a skill most of us care to develop. I my self am in that group as I don't shoot at running deer. I'm not opposed to trying, but I've never really had a good opportunity.

Dark caddis pulled him from some fast-ish water.
Had a bead head dropped off the caddis - missed one….good call @The_Real_TCIII

    Different spot on Beaverkill…

2 9” stockies hit a sulphur at dark (no pics)

And then this beauty at DARK.

I threw everything at him earlier and he wanted nothing to do with anything.
After dark I casted to where I knew he was steady feeding from earlier and saw an extra ripple where I thought my fly should be and he was on.

I won’t bore you with my education , I’m sure it would fall on deaf ears !

Again the insult was against me by you !

Now please just stop and grow up instead of calling people you don’t know “ dumb”.

Ok young man, I thought you were tired of this ?

Tell ya what , I’ll let DEC and the NY State police know they are wrong :)

I think you both are little off not saying im 100%, but theres no charge that is labeled destruction of property, that would be criminal mischief, and again no way criminal trespass applies to unfenced land, just trespass to totally diffrenet sections of law, and i think ATb is arguing more of what he feels is what would hold up in court and on some points hes right things get thrown out for any number of reasons and pleaded out thats how the system works,,, im saying every incident is different

You're right there are different scenarios that can possibly lead to being charged. But as you said, Im saying what will hold up in court. I couldn't care less what a DEC can give a ticket for if it wont hold up

Huh , yea ok ... I’ll tell DEC and NY State police and the judge that some guy on a hunt site said he guaranteed it would be thrown out :)

Dec also wanted to charge them with littering , destruction of property as well as criminal trespass ..

And the judge was 100 percent all for it !

They may not have met your brother :)

Why didn’t you ask your brother instead of asking questions about posting land ??

Oh I did, which is how I gained this knowledge. There's either information you're leaving out. Its not possible to charge criminal trespass with out posted signs or proving you had told these people to not come back. The other stuff is a different story. Also they will charge with as many things as they can because the likely hood of things being thrown out. Have fun with finding out you're wrong.

AGAIN it being illegal and holding up in court are two very very different things. It can EASILY be thrown out. You can try to have them charged but guaranteed it will not hold up in court. Its simply not possible to charge criminal trespass when property is unposted UNLESS you have told the individuals to not come on your property. I'm tired of this.

    "Trespass on Land

New York law provides that a person who enters or remains upon unimproved and apparently unused land, which is neither fenced nor otherwise enclosed in a manner designed to exclude intruders, does so with license and privilege unless notice against trespass is personally communicated to such person by the owner of such land or other authorized person, or unless such notice is given by posting in a conspicuous manner."

Dude I’m telling you I just dealt with this issue 2 weeks ago !

Im confused , you started this post not even having knowledge of proper posting and asking questions, now you seem to be an expert with your brother ...

Again, 2 weeks ago I had pictures , identified the trespassers , contacted Region 7 commander and NYS police sergeant and town judge .

DEC laws were more stringent than NYS Police ..

They said they could charge said persons with criminal trespass , they entered land they know they didn’t own , left bottles and garbage .

The town judge is who they would go in front of .

He said they would be fined for CRIMINAL trespass under NYS Dec law.

I chose not to have them arrested this time ..

But again , no grey area , it was cut and dry what the charges would be !

Now for sure as with any charge you can hire an attorney but the fact remains , they would have been charged IF I wanted to pursue

One can be unsure at one point and then research to find the answer out. So you're saying they told you they can charge with trespass of unposted land?

written permission not needed, and you do know that lubberhill made last 2 post right? Also every lawyer thats been arrested knew the law and wasnt breaking it or so they said...just saying lol

I actually mixed your names up
