To play your little name calling game is you swung first First its a childish mullet comment( Really, How childish is that) and now you ad in law breaker on this one. LOL. When the fact is, you know ...... You called me a name you believe is a fact and i did just the same. We can all tell what your problem with me is and you are not alone. Someday you may earn the same,.

Your opinion and you get that but i never in this thread said one thing about farms until you brought it up. No biggie but sure shows who are the ones that stir the pot and throw lies. But we all know where those 3 wish they really stood! That post you are alluding to with me saying..Sound Familiar..Was towards a statement i have said many times on this site that i said huntings future will be for those with deep pockets and you will pay to hunt. A few on here said i was full of it....Sure looks like its pointing in that direction!

Thats why if you read the words that they are going to break up the state. I am sure in areas of no does you will see no Ar. In areas like the 8.s you will see Ar and OBR. If they want the bucks to get big and the does to die, Well there ya go. Look at Letchworth. Same deal. Bucks are great and getting bigger. Doe numbers are down. They wanted deer off the park and they got it. Win,Win...For Most!

Well it sure sounds like you dont want someone else to have what you dont! You think your way and we will think ours. I guess if this stuff goes through you will see just what most hunters want out of their hunting. Dont you see just how jealous you are? I mean every person reading these words can see where YOU brought up the words FREAK BUCK IN A PEN!!!! Man this thread has shit to do with high fence or any freak buck so you just keep on trying to tell us all what your problem is. You need to either let it go or go buy yourself some freaking deer and put a fence up! Do ya think we can keep the post on what it was started for????????

HaHa..You are a joke. I do not need to lease any property to enjoy my life. I would even find it hard pressed to lease any property if the chance arose. I find it very funny that you pick me out of all the others on here that feel that Ar or the one buck rule would be a good thing. Envy really eats your ass up huh? You dont see other big buck hunting states complain do ya? and just a FYI..There are over 600 deer farms and ranches that do just fine in their high fence hunting business in Ohio ,even in a big buck producing state so one has nothing to do with the other. You have your opinion on shooting baby deer and i have mine, Get over it. If they send me a survey for my area they will get back a yes for Ar, A yes for one buck a season and a yes to shorten the season. Some complain about not killing all the big bucks out there, well chasing them around for 3 freakin months has a tendency to do that to animals. All of Ny state land is far from being the same and lease prices would run from real high to not even being leased. Dont be jealous of what someone else has just because you dont have the same thing. I dont really give a rats ass what credibility you or anyone else thinks of me around here. My success has something to do with credibility? Riiight!

Look at the first line and the 6th line from the DEC list in the Op. If they made it so you had to check in your deer and maybe return unused tags it would slow down those numbers. Could you see a non hunting wife or kid or grandpa standing in front of a DEC officer with a gun on his side getting grilled about where they shot said deer with their tag on in. Just asking some lawbreakers to tell the story of the hunt would allow enough rope to hang themselves.

This does not happen with high end lease's. This is what happens most times with locals that i allow to hunt on mu lands. Have a friend of the family that i let on our north property,He asked to trap first and then to cut old dead firewood. Next time i am back in there i see where live trees are cut and gone. Most times its not the people that pay to hunt property that leaves a bad taste in land owners mouths. They pay because they know what they have and they dont want to lose that.

Guided hunts in BRITISH COLUMBIA
Four Season Whitetail's replied to BritishColumbiahunter's topic in Out of New York Hunting
Sorry but his is how the world turns. We in the states have dealt with a part of this ourselves. If a Ny'er wants to hunt Ohio hotbed he has to pay an outfitter or big dollar lease. If the Nonresident tags sell over there for the Bc DNR and bring big dollars, they will sell more. This is why land ownership was and is the biggest and best move i have ever made or a hunter can ever make. -
Yes sir, Thats my point. Bigger deer, Better hunting will open lands and bring money into the state. Some of the better farms/land will get ate up by out of state big money and those Ny guys hunting it now..if there are any..will be SOL Then smaller parcels of the good hunting but not the best, will be leased by the Ny guys..And then there will be state land!
-
Thats where the almighty dollar will come in. If they make Ny into a big buck go to state you will be able to get into some of those non hunted farms and lands. Ohio and illy did not become go to states by just people saying there are big bucks there, people shot them,Land values went up. whitetail outfitters showed up, high dollar leases were started and it turned into ...Pay to Hunt.......... Sound familiar?

Your right but be reading their wording they said there is very little chance of no change and t believe there would be more vote for Ar and 1 buck rule then maybe the shorter season. But what i relly believe is. That its does not matter how those 7000 reports come back with, They have a plan and mindset and its already decided what will change, They are just sending 7000 feel good reports so some fool hunters think their opinions matter. They Dont Matter!

Many hunters would never kill a buck with those rules. Sure would give us some great animals in a couple years thats for sure. I think you will see them go for more trophy animals in parts of Ny. They know many only kill big anyways and with food plots and such they will figure they are just helping hunters along. Who knows but they do have something going on and they will be forcing it through by summer!

The season in the north is way to long i believe.Like 3 months between all seasons. Most good deer cant be harvested after being chased around that long. Need to shorten or even split season. The southern tier is perfect in my opinion. I am self imposed Ar of course but also hunt Ar state land so that and 1 buck rule would be fine. If i found a buck to lift my skirt i would harvest and be done. I would spend the rest of the year having a blast chasing a few does around, spend more time duck hunting or whatever. So it would really free up some time. Now if i chase and find a mature buck with the bow i have to do it again with the gun. My choice yes but to go out and kill 2 mature bucks a year takes some doing, so myself, i would have no problem with some changes.

I still believe they want more does shot so they will force the hand on the bucks and people will shoot more does. It will work that way for many. All parts of Ny are far from equal but there are parts of Ny that could produce bucks like Ohio.illy and such, if givin the time. If they are thinking more on Non resident hunters then that would be the way to go. They are going to split up the state so there will be confusion by many hunters i am sure, along with the ECO!

Yeah Ok.. I have shown proof and fact of just what states are and are not doing on the CWD front. Sorry but Govt cant shut down Ag without a very serious reason and as was shown, CWD was not one of them so ya, they cant just say..Oh we dont like them. Like i said. Call Dr Smith at Dept of Ag in Albany and ask him how easy it is to close down something involved with Ag. This is about guns and people with problems. There are guys that come back from over seas and use war problems as a free ride and easy money. Then they get hit with the reality of what could happen to their personal lives..Like Guns. Then there are the ones that really had a hard time over there and came home with problems and should not have a gun at their bedside. Then im sure there will be cases where the guy gets screwed over. Different strokes but some really probably should not have guns, sucks after what they went through and stuff but real world is real world.
