With the trespassing neighbors I am so lucky to have. I thought of a sign to put in my field facing the road so everyone driving by can see it. This would work for everyone. WANT TO KNOW WHY NOBODY IN --------------- (INSERT NAME OF TOWN) IS GETTING A BJ RIGHT NOW ? (I WOULD SPELL THE WORD OUT) BECAUSE THE C@@@SUCKERS ARE TRESPASSING ON POSTED PROPERTY.!!!!!!!! (AFTER THE DESCRIPTIVE YOU COULD ALSO PUT THEIR NAMES) what do ya think? sorry to anyone who finds this offensive, but if you own property and people trespass and steal stuff like many of us have had happen. then you may find it funny and a little bit of payback.

my job has me dealing with all different kinds of people in their homes. I can be in the filth of the city or a rich area any day of the week. I wont say what I do but I have some authority with aspects of peoples lives. I go to houses where disputes are going on and tempers are flairing. Then to a house where people think they are gonna tell me what and when I will do my job. most of the time people are glad to see me though and act like a human being. with that being said even though you may be dealing with an a-hole, you have to be professional and not lose your temper and freak out on them. You let them know they are not going to dictate what you do, but you have to be better than those people and not stoop to their level. DEC officers are human and have bad or stressful days but they should be professional and not treat the people that call for help like criminals. Power trips hurt the reputation of the DEC and make it more likely that people will take matters into their own hands. This would be something that should be brought up to the top brass and there needs to be training on dealing with people. Also there should be a way to report officers that are not doing their jobs as they should, without having to worry about payback. Pretty sad that the people that work for us get out of control.

I dont get why dec officers have to be power trip dicks. with that being said, not all of the dec officers are dicks. some are very helpfull. I have had them pretty much yell at me through the phone. also had them be very nice and helpfull. dont know if dealing with shitbags all day put them in a bad mood and they take it out on everyone or if they are powertripping. they work for us

I bought the special ops. never used it for pictures but the videos arent bad. night vids can be grainy. good sound. almost full screen on computer when playing back. easy set up and its nice to check what you got on cam right with the built in screen. battery life is pretty damn good. I am a fan of covert and spypoint but this browning is growing on me

that was at almost 1 in the morning. even the poachers could help on this site. ever see the tv shows of former burglars who show people how easy it is to break in to a house and get the good stuff in minutes? poachers could give us tips on securing our gear and our land. LORD knows I could use some help

just over 50 acres. house is 50ft off of line. I am checking on what I can put in the deed. I know they wont do it forever but I will see if there is a way to have first dibs if and when they decide to sell. I have to get everything surveyed so it wont be a done deal for a little while but we will see.

How about this for dumb luck. I was out having a drink and got talking to a few people I know. One guy asks where I have land. I tell him where it is and he asks if I would like to sell a few acres to him for a hobby farm. I ask what he wants to do with it and he says he wants to raise pigs and some goats. So now I ask a funny question, do I sell a few acres off just to screw my a hole neighbors over and let them smell a pig farm? I laugh every time I think of the conversation. couldnt be more perfect for a bad neighbor.

I have never owned anything cuddeback but I will say to check out a covert or spypoint if you are in the market for a new cam. WINGSUPPLY is where I buy 99% of my stuff.

I say take a chainsaw to the wooden stand, unless you want to use it. If you search up trespassing posts on here you will see the headaches they cause. Hope you have better luck with trespassers than I have had.

I will catch him. anyone who saw the video of grandpa knows why he screwing with my spots. funny thing is , monday night to tuesday morning 5 or 6 scrapes popped up within 40 yards of one of my stands. makes me feel a little better knowing the bucks are still sticking around.even though the big ones may have went nocturnal. and it also tells me this pig is not much of a hunter when he has to trespass and screw with someones stand locations. must be even with the apples , salt and mineral blocks he puts out. he still doesnt have the setup or woodsmanship. Ran into a relative of his and got a little more of a scoop on him. must be a real a=hole when family cant stand ya. I just keep thinking, every dog has his day. also karma is a bitch.

consider yourself lucky. I bet most hunters dont get to see something like that. Last time I saw anything like that it was a good buck running a doe. stopped about 40 yards from me and the buck hopped up on her and did his thing. too bad for him he got a 16 guage federal slug in the neck. dont think he got to finish but it was a hell of a way to go.that was my first buck, and a great memory.

I was standing at the top of a hill when 2 doe walked by. shot the lead doe. she tried to run uphill but fell over backwards and died. before that I thought they would run downhill when wounded because its easier

thanks for all the info guys. one day last summer I went up to run some barbed wire. neighbor of course had nonbarbed wire up for easier access. drive up to the property line and find they cut 5 to 6ft of brush and small trees when they put in new fence posts. I was PISSED. they posted the crap on their side. when I post my side seems that the "WIND" blows only my posted signs down and they are gone. theirs stay put on the tree. cop asked me if its posted and I said yes it is but for some reason my signs keeps disappearing. he says he cant do anything but talk to them. then told me I needed to talk to codes dept because this was more of an issue for them. called codes and was told its for police, codes cant do anything. figured the cop was too lazy to do the paperwork. I will have to get my lawyer to right up a notice to send to them. The stand I saw the flashlight from yesterday is smack dab in the middle of the property. they have stands built that are anywhere from right on the property line to 5 or 6ft off of it. I realy thank all of you for your advice on this and from other threads as well. I was going on this site 3 months before I decided to join and I am glad I did. Good people and good advice. Thanks to everyone again.
