    First time dipping a skull- can see some white in some pours, but overall very happy with it. Going to get an engraved plaque with name and date on wood this winter.

  8. He was one of top people I though of to, I feel bad for him. Seems like he hunts some very tough state land, as do I. So I can truly relate what it is like to be able to count the deer on one hand I see all season, and can only dream of the chance of the Giants I see you guys post on here. But you have my word Pygmy, if I win you will never have to worry about money again. I truly believe a million dollars if enough for a man to live the life we all deserve. Do anything you want, and not even have to worry about looking at the price tags at Field and Stream ! I can only hope to be lucky enough for the opportunity to share my wealth with as many hard working Americans I can ! I have a system that has gotten me pretty close so far, hitting the last 2 draws with 3 numbers and the power ball on one line. We will see what happens !!
  9. No money for you Biz.... Not sure how many members there are on here. But the 20-30 guys always posting will be taken care of and as many others as I can on here I will. I live a simple life, I personally don't need hundreds of millions in the bank. Most important to me would be to buy my dream property with the money, besides that my check every other week covers my life style just fine !

  11. That is good to know, i am going to try to put some out there in June to try to have a decent amount out there during archery season. See If it works out, if not I can put some out in August also. How far do you recommend planting them for such large growth as you spoke of ? I have a decent amount of sun light in the area I am going to make the plot, atleast 50% of sunlight a day.
  12. When did you plant them ? When are you going to plant them next year ? I will be putting out my first plot next year deep in the timber, some throw and grow Oats n clover. With an area of turnips also. Excited to see how it turns out with no exuipment, just rakes and garden cultivator. Thanks for info
  13. Last question, so the off season will we need to pay the $5 every 59 days or can you activate / deactivate any time ? I would plan on using it for 6 months, so just curious the best plan of action is. Thanks for Intel
  14. In the spirit of Black Friday, what would the cost of 2 cameras be- fully set up with SIM cards. Don't need text plan now- won't use cameras until next summer. Can pick up and pay cash. Thanks
  15. Opening morning 7 pointer, located in 9P. Shot with Remington .243 pump, 10 a.m harvest This is my second year hunting this creek bottom. Last year I seen 23 deer opening day, I am about 1/2 mile in the woods from two roads. I believe a lot of hunters were pushing deer right to me, I had no shots last year, it was to thick to shoot on the other side of the creek. This summer I made some nice clearings and hung up a stand, hoping I would have similar movement like last year. I only seen 4 deer this year, but this 7 pointer did exactly what I planned for. After slowly watching this buck take one slow step at a time for about 15 minutes, he finally gave me a 60 yard shot with about a 6 " opening to shoot. I could see another hunter about 100 yards down the creek, so I had to make a perfect shot. I hit him good and he ran about 10 feet. This is a respectable 2 1/2 year old where I hunt on state land , out of 7 guys I was the only one who seen a buck opening weekend.

  18. Depending on the condition of everything I would value the property as a whole for a listing price of 89,000. I still stick to my above statements of price accesments for recreations pieces. Depends how aggressive you want to be will be up to you, everything I have listed has sold with in a week on craigslist. I don't use realtors, not worth paying 6% to me personally. But I will say firs no reason and the first week of a listing is most important to have a great price, to bring a lot of attention and a fast sale. Good luck !
  19. What would you value the average out there at $2500 an acre ? To give you a couple comps about 35 minutes south of Rochester in Lima just sold a 10 acre plot for 4,000 an acre, was all young timber, lower then the neighbors farm field. So was a lot of muck and wet land, and sold 40 acres last year of prime fields and timber for 2,200 an acre. It is tough sometimes to get the true value of land with a larger piece of average because people don't have the funds for such large plots. The sweet number I see for cabins that move extremely fast are around 50,000. How far from east view mall are you roughly ?

All depends on the location, where I hunt in the Southern tier it is insane how cheap the amish built bat n board cabins, a cabin that size water tight would be about $5,000, that definitely keeps the value down on cabins out here. But that is a very unique look with the logs you have, I have a friend who purchased a 5 acre plot in Attica last year with 3 small hand built log cabins on property similar to yours for $50,000. They did have 2 wells and 2 septic's on property and electric though. I personally would value the cabin at $20,000 , and the out building another $10,000. But price could vary depending on location and the land that goes with it. I know the 1/2 acre driveway a good amount of value, for some one looking for true seclusions ! What area is this cabin in ?
