    I dont dispute that at all. I was originally commenting on the bars and restaurants, snowmobiling season is huge for them where hunters arent a blip on the radar anymore

    I certainly see where hunters spend more in gear than snowmobilers, I dont question that at all

    What "trips" are hunters in NYS purchasing in any significant volume? Im sure fishing is the lions share of that number

    The restaurants in Sinclaireville and Cherry Creek dont even bother to open for breakfast opening weekend of deer season any more. Its truly shame. I blame the monday opener but thats a different thread

    Pic reminds me of a young Biz after trying to leap from the deck into the pool. Hopefully that deer was hit by a car and died there but I have a bad feeling it wasnt

    Even if the hunters had a big impact on the bars its just the 1 weekend vs 8 or 10 in a good snowmobile season. Ask a bar/restaurant owner and I will buy you a used snowmobile if they say hunters. By the way I will definitely weasel out of this if Im wrong

    I feel for the snowmobilers, it seems like the past few years we've had the best conditions during the deer season and then almost no snow after. Does this extension definitely keep the trails closed?

    Hes spot on, snowmobilers make or break some of the bars around here. I dont think hunters have any impact whatsoever. Even opening weekend
