Youre still in good shape; Gonzaga looked a little shaky at first, though, right?
Yeah, I like them because they can win without the 3 ball. Very hard for teams that shoot a lot of 3's to string together 6 straight games of shooting lights out. That is why I believe the Duke's of the world who don't win as often with all the talent they have. Too heavy on the 3.

Have Gonzaga, UCLA, Tenn, and Auburn in final four.
Gonzaga over Auburn. I dont think much if any of these selections will play out well, but i didnt follow much this year because Syracuse was god awful...

He asked a pointed question and they were dismissive at best initially. I would not have reacted well either. I chuckled when he told the one kid to quit his millenial crap haha.
I think the kids were harmless, but it's clear the landowner is fed up with tresspassers. I would think his best course of action would have been to contact local LE/DEC rather than get into it like he did. But, I too have confronted tresspassers on private land and understand him being protective of it in the moment.

I do a ton Of running around after teaching each day. On the weekends, I try to make a few different meals that make for good grab and go meals so I avoid the fast food quick stops. Could work for a person cooking for 1 if you don’t easily tire from the same meal every day for a few days.
Pot of chili, sausage and sweet potato breakfast casserole, venison meatloaf to bake a few…all easily stuffed in some Tupperware and as good at room temp if a microwave ain’t handy.
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkYeah, I definitely have been trying to cook ahead if you will so that the meals are ready to roll. Im not a fast food guy thankfully. Maybe once or twice a year.

Nice job Chef!! im into week 6 of workouts. Definitely feeling better.
The eating is the hardest part for me. I have my kids half the time and always cook good meals for them and us but its harder to do when its just you. Lots of ham and eggs to get my protein!

I’m not saying it isn’t good. I just didn’t think law enforcement, active or retired needed them?? I worked for a retired Sheriff in my county. He carries where ever he goes. No matter what state. I thought that was implemented after 9/11??
Yes, I can carry due to LE status.

Why did you even apply for a permit?? I didn’t think law enforcement needed a permit??
Lots of reasons. Always good to have your own.

Albany County is one of toughest counties in state. I have met a different judge the three times I applied for my concealed carry ( I believe you get a new judge ever five years ) and when doing an amendment I have met the judge for every handgun bought. I've been told they frown on owning multiple guns in same caliber. Most amendments here have been taking 3 months. There is an albany co sheriff on outside of the door and judge and stenographer inside his chambers. Not easy in albany...
I would agree about Albany. I was grilled extensively when I appled 5 years ago and am in Law Enforcement with no history.

I'm in the process of moving so my S**T is strewn all over the place. And i hate bringing out my icefishing gear until my hunting stuff is packed away...But there is ice so I may be breaking that rule ha

For your goals, gaining weight/muscle mass, I do not recommend taking after working out, unless you work out in the late PM. During workout, your body has shifted your blood supply to where it is needed, your muscles and not GI tract. If you take your protein shake in the evening, before bedtime, while you are asleep your body will shift blood supply to GI tract maximizing absorption. This will make the protein available for muscle building when your body does it, which is maximal while you sleep. This is the opposite advise you give to a dieter looking to lose weight. Regarding protein, no-fat milk and egg whites are the only complete proteins, that is they contain all the amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and hence building blocks of muscles.
The product you choose is excellent.
Thanks DD for helfpul information. I do workout at night (6pmish) and take it after that. If i am understanding, you say i should wait longer like before bed?
I hate skim milk but have been drinking it as well as eating eggs almost daily.

I’m in the same boat with being healthy. I’m trying to build muscle/gain weight. A couple friends who workout a lot advised me to get the whey protein below. I’m 3 weeks in to working out 5 days a week and take that immediately following my workout.
I can’t help you with the good stuff bc I’m eating for a different purpose. Good luck Swamp! -
I would be in if i dont have the kids on whatever date is chosen.

Exactly, skinny doesn't always mean healthy. I know some really skinny people who would never qualify as healthy.
I would fall into that category. 165 on my best day but not necesarily healthy.

Trying to do the same, eat well and have been working out for a couple weeks. Trying to stay disciplined!

I was younger and dumb once. A harness is like having my hunting implement these days. Glad he was harnessed.

At our camp, we do well with wheat and rye obviously and also brassica mixes. Radish, turnip we’re only starting to get touched other than the tops by the time the season ended this year. We are in Lewis County.
We have tried clover and while it grows great, the deer barely touch it. We do not know why that is.- 1
