I’m going to stop reading after your first paragraph. It’s not Monday morning quarter backing. It’s common sense. What’s the point of stopping travel for some and not all. All I’m saying is at a minimum those people should have all been assumed positive and made to quarantine for 14 days as well as anyone they were staying with. All it did was exclude foreign nationals who had been to certain areas. It did not provide any testing or quarantine procedures for those who were allowed in. So in essence it did nothing.
