This was my third year with Holy Pursuit Outfitters and finally got it done! This was the second good buck I had in range this week but luckily this one cooperated. Happened so fast didn't have time to have a stroke! If anyone is ever considering a Midwest archery hunt I highly recommend HPO! 172" rough score, first booner , first buck with bow in 10 years! Maytom, start saving up for next year!!

In blind in 9f with Lil guy, doe n fawn just came by at 40, hope they return a little closer before dark

Made it over to Cayuga creek with the kids, Lil brisk this am but fun was had by all. Let em all go this time, tomorrow may have different attitude! Ended up with 10

Just trying to fit in with you all

Most hunters are trophy hunters. Depends on what u consider a trophy. It's funny where these threads go. Scenario: two bucks walk by u together, one a spike other an 8, both present perfect safe shots at same time, which do u shoot? We all know the majority answer is, bigger one. Minus a few that shoot the first one before seeing second or claim that they can't chew them old rutty deer of course.

Make it the last 2 weeks of bow before regular season and I'm OK with it

How does identifying ones target equal no longer practicing other rules?? If you can't identify the target and know it's a safe shot you don't shoot. How many times you fire from the hip? I'm out

It doesn't, most I know who hunt mature bucks don't shoot little deer period. Already laws as to what can and can't use grampy

Sure there are some for bragging, there are some for personal achievement, some like to watch them grow. Your take is simply your opinion means more than theirs. Pointless thread

Possibly an honest post, but yikes!!

That's why I love the internet, read pages people posting stats, everyon e questions the accuracy, because poachers, non reports,etc... hunters like you give that all validation, least you own it
