I emailed them this picture of a deer in my backyard. I was informed that it is most likely suffering from demodectic mange. It’s survivable once it’s sheds it’s winter coat and if the temperatures cooperate. The deer herd around my neighborhood aren’t very healthy. Last year there was one that was emaciated , one with EHD and now this. I hope she makes it.

Bobcat tracks don’t usually overlap.

This article can explain it better than I ever could. Here’s a photo of a 5 toed bobcat I came across and a photo I took where a coyote slipped on the ice. Your correct about bobcats not showing claw marks in their tracks and coyotes usually have the 2 middle toes showing claws.
