It was my second yr of hunting and one of the guys had taken a doe..it was quick..quiet..and looked easy.. 3 yrs later i had my first deer..a button buck..shot him in the ass artery..ugly shot..but things got better Now for me its closing the distance..i use scent control and wear a ghille suit. I like my deer coming into the range of single digit yardage. Two yrs ago a doe came down the path..i knew she was small so i wasnt shootin..so i hugged the tree still facing her(i mostly land hunt)..she ended up touchin the back of my knee with her sniffer and kept going to field I have no idea how she couldnt hear my heart trying to tear itself from my chest..one of my most memorable experiences I now have quested myself to shoot one of everything with a bow..last yr got my first turkey Starting with a recurve this yr

If those people(i know one of all of the above) chose to smoke a little weed to help them feel more comfortable..then i would say go for it..but you think its stupid...even though they have all done great things..whilst influenced..would you refuse their services knowing they were influenced say pinched between the dash and roof of your car..or in the hospital with a gaping life threatening wound..or someone who puts their life on the line to defend YOUR freedoms? The perception of someone being a lazy stoner comes from the fact that its not accepted in society because its illegal..people who use pot stay in the same place all the other drug users do..under the radar..and dont speak of it to straight folk..if prohabition would have worked..booze hounds would be there too..but i feel because jesus made wine..its completely ok to overlook the comparison..and in fact its pushed on is to use alchohol...how many people here have a room in their house dedicated to drinks... or even a beer light?

So if a war vet..from lets say vietnam were the subject..you would say they were doing the wrong thing..and they should be saved from themselves?..how bout a nurse..or a fireman..etc..

I often have a glass of wine with dinner and have yet to stumble away from the table... the same is not true with drugs... use of drugs is for one purpose only and that is to get high.. Have you ever seen anyone eat while stoned?..its like a love affair...all you can eat..watch out..

I drink beer every weekend..to take the edge off from my 12 hr days..i dont get drunk..at most ill have 6 beers a dayfrom lunch to bed..im not the only one..alchohol, cocaine, heroine, perscription pills, tobacco..all addicting drugs..not ghanja..i kno i lived it..quit cold turkey..you having one drink with dinner ...which im bettin yer highclass ..so more expensive wines have more alchohol by volume than beer..that drink could be equal to 2beers..so yer gonna get somthin out of it..its called self control that keeps you from pourin another drink..you said you can drink without being drunk..same goes for marijuana..you can "catch a buzz" without being baked..

Whats wrong with me that would make me the poster boy for not smokin weed? I also dont believe i was any better or worse than anyone when i was high..hammered..i thought i was the shit..i apologize for my inability to convey myy thoughts to the screen as well as you antler..however your perception of people is a dismal..so you should not be a judge of others.

Its ok though if im a drunk..never once..even in the beginning woke up with a hangover..never got in a fight..and kept my mouth shut around people like you..

I graduated in 97..picked up smokin regular..wake n bake and all..started welding the same yr..i drove 35 mi there and 35 back home..forktrucks..10 ton overhead crane andvarious other dangerous tools..became shop supervisor for my last 3 yrs before unemployment hit..no accidents and only pulled over 2wice..once for no taillights..and yes speeding..im not trying to brag..just enlighten ..i also quit because i have children..i do miss it somthin horrible..

Might as well start usin a gobbler gillotine..ever see a gut shot from a rage head..it was disgusting..stunk..and got into the meat a bit from overnight..mechanical any thing just increases those odds of sumthin goin wrong..i dont see myself usin somthin like that..cant buy good shot placement..but theyre makin up for it..

See here in the southern zone..land owners like to hunt their own yotes by callin..we dont need dogs to hunt for us..none the less..good to see dead yotes..dog hunters around here dont ask everyones permission..and thats not good..and you know damn well if you aint got great dogs..its hard to keep up..thats a fine bunch o hounds..ever video it..be fun to watch.
