Went to Walmart and Hannaford's today for a few things, Walmart was quite barren. Hannaford's actually had more stuff then Walmart. I got what I needed but Was kind of surprised we'd be hit this hard up here this fast. Would expect it on the coast, cities but not in my rural area. Panic has officially set in I guess. Also was told alot of long Islander's and NYC folks are running up and filling their carts here. Just thought I'd mention it for those who haven't seen it for themselves yet.

Wrist rocket slingshots illegal per NYS safe act.
Wrist rocket types are illegal. This is not a wrist rocket type...only hand held.

Darn, that is super light. My 15's 223's weigh in at 11+ pounds with the night vision scopes.

It doesnt look like the scope bell clears the gun from the pic. You don't want the scope touching the gun. Good luck...nice looking rig. How heavy is it?

I have the muffs....PAI to shoot with like any muffs. They do enhance the volume of things and cut off hi volumes. If used for hunting, would considered the ear buds. I would have gotten a set but was afraid id end up losing one or both. I have not tried any of the ear bud types.

How would someone unload the weapon with a pinned mag ? Without pulling the trigger.
Pull the charging handle

You can look at the MA mag locks, they are a shear pin lock where you will need to drill out the pin in order to remove the mag. I have 5 round mags put in mine since they are hunting ar's. Also if you will be night hunting and using night vision, the type of muzzle brake you have might effect the nv recovery time to get a second shot. I have been checked by a trooper [troop c] and all was good with my mag lock after he pushed the release and could not pull the mag.

My personal rules for hunting:
we all have personal rules we follow when hunting you can call them ethics if you want.
1 I follow state laws even if I don't agree with all of them. Hunting is to important to me to jeopardize my hunting license.
2 I don't care how you hunt or what you hunt with as long as you aren't violating the law.
3 I don't care how big in this case the deer you kill is. I'm going to shake your hand. Whether It's a doe a button buck or the next world record.
4 I don't use antler size to determine if I'm going to shoot or not I use body size.
5 I wont shoot a deer on the last day that I wouldn't shoot on the first day.
6 Having fun (not the killing but the hunting) when it stops being fun it's time to quit hunting.
Good ism's!

Live in rifle zone but use a browning a-bolt 12 guage shotgun with lightfield slugs.
