Guard / Reserve - Free Sportsmans License

I posted this last year and just wanted to remind our Servicemen and Women ! Via the Patriot Act in New York State an individual serving in the Guard / Reserve can get a free Sportsmans License - Big Game - Small Game - Fishing !

I had a problem obtaining my Sportsmans License ... I went to Dicks Sporting Goods and they stated that Sportsmans License would be $47.00 . Apparently the way to get it for free is : they have to put in separately for first - Fishing , then - small game , then - big game and its free ! It all comes out to the Sportsmans license anyway !
