I scoped mine and feel pretty surgical with it.

I LOVE my TC Omega muzzloader. I had a traditional 3 x 9 scope on it and took it off. I put an Eotech Holographic site on it (same one our Military uses on their M16's). The site is bad ass and a nice compromise between open sites and an actual scope (which can be cumbersome and hard to shoot at close range or moving targets). Don't know if anyone else has seen or used them? Might not be a bad idea for your muzzy Bubba.

Bubba, curious, what don't you like about Pyrodex?

Nothing I dislike, I just prefer the more authentic feeling of goex black powder in my cap and flint locks. When I run out, I will switch to pyrodex rs as I feel it is the closest to black powder and more reliable in a sidelock.

Gotcha, I've only used Pyrodex and was curious if there was some technical thing like corrosion that was different. The other powders burn slower and give a different push rather than kick recoil?

Man, all I seem to find are kids clothes and toys,books and things I don't want.But I have found some good kitchen knives at sales. Enjoy the rifle.
