edbone
Was wondering if someone could help me out on this one-went and got my son his first jr archery tag sunday and they asked us if he wanted doe tags? I said yes{thinking ???} so i said 8 f and 8 s and he got both of them. Is there really doe tags for jr. archers? This tag looks identicle to one of MY doe tags for shotgun..I got my doe tag for 8f and denied for 8s{which was high area}..Can his 8s be signed over to me to use for shotgun? As i mentioned this tag they gave him is IDENTICLE to the dmp that we get for shotgun..Any help with FACTUAL INFO much appreciated..Hunt finger lakes national forest in hector and would love to have a dmp there for shotgun if this could be signed over
WNYBuckHunter
DMPs are not just for archery or gun season, they can be used in ANY open deer season. They can also be signed over. http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/6403.html
