Need help

How do I post a video on here? I selected the file, chose attach and it shows it uploading. Once it finishes uploading it says no file selected. Any ideas? Thanks

i think after it uploads you have to click the attach button bottom right i believe

Im not sure how to do that. I did upload it to youtube but dont know how to get it from there to here
