Does anyone know these guys? They have some huge bucks on their land, I saw it today midday after I stepped out my stand in Hyde Park, man one was huge 10-12 pointer grazing in the fields with does....I wish I could hunt there...

Crum Elbow and Cardinals Rd area (do you know here the new Hyde Park PD is located?), we have a hunting club up there with about 30 acres, good enough for 3-4 bow hunters. CIA? Man, I will be calling you for a nice venison steak recipe :-)

Crappy I believe there is a recipe thread already and a friend of mine worked at crew when I was in school. How did you like the food. Here is a quick receive take a piece of back strap cost with salt and pepper... Sear on high hear in frying pan cook until medium rare. Remove the meat shut off hear and add 1 shot of blackberry brandy. Burn off the alcohol and reduce by half. Add 1 cup of redwine and again reduce by half serve with sautéed mushrooms and onions.... You can sauté them in the same pan as the meat If you want and add the brandy and wine to the veg mixture
