I have a Bear Grylls lock blade knife that would serve the purpose but I prefer using a fixed blade knife when field dressing . With a knife inside of the cavity of a deer I don't want to take a chance of the blade becoming unlocked . I believe in all of Murphy's Laws !

I got this one with a stag handle off amazon for like $18 love it but its a fixed blade
