What on your menu this weekend to honor the brave men and women who sacrificed everything for our country? 

Have a few family and friends coming over Sunday. Smoking a 14lb prime brisket, 2 racks of St Louis ribs, baked beans and "cracked out" cheese balls for a appetizer.  People will be bringing the usual salads and finger foods.

Had grilled dogs last night and Mac salad. Tonite was venison burgers and Mac salad.
