Here's weird one. There's no law against killing a pigeon but it is illegal to intentionally injure a pigeon. The discharge of any firearm or bow is illegal and trapping is illegal. The only legal way I can think of to take a pigeon is to hit it with a bat killing it instantly, or jumping on top of one and snapping it's neck quickly.

What are you guys talking about? Seen the movie "I am legend" with Will Smith? Lots of wildlife & hunting going on in NYC. In a movie, must be true... LOL

Disappointed with that movie. Completely different from the book which is sad because the book is a classic and the book's story is so much better.
