enclosed blinds....Jo-Anne Fabrics has clear 16ga vinyl on sale for 4.50 a yrd...if making window frames to see and block wind...this is an inexpensive solution compared to plexi glass

how clear it is and does it yellow?

That I'm not sure on ...but found a few other companies while googling that have 20mil vinyl tarps on sale...good for temps to -20 with out cracking
