Any semi auto rifle with a detachable mag with 2 evil features is illegal. with one evil feature it is an assault weapon and must be registered. It can sold out of state, turned in or given/sold to an immediate family member.

2 features doesnt make it illegal, it just falls into the same category as a rifle with 1 feature and you have a year to sell it out of state or register it. It is only illegal to sell them within the state. You can not sell or turn them over to family members. You can do a private transfer of any firearm besides an assault rifle or pistol to a direct family member without the NICS check.
