tuckersdaddy Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 oh yes! my kids and i love venison parm. beat the steaks thin ( i use an estwing framer) italian seasoning, egg wash, seasoned panko bread crumbs. fry em up in a cast iron pan cover with assiago, parm, and sauce. toss in oven till hot, serve over favorite pasta. oh my i think it dinner time..... 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ants Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 Man that looks awesome. Sometimes I chicken fry venison cube steaks. Even though they're cubed I still pound them out just a little.
