I have a cabin on 88 leased acres for sale. It is 16 X 24 with a loft that is 9 X 16. It has two double bunks and two single bunks upstairs and a pull out couch in the living room. Below is a link to the craigslist add. It is located near Danby, NY. There is also state land nearby.

would the new owner of the cabin have rights to hunt on the 88 acres?  if so, what is the yearly cost of the lease?

My lease with the same folks he leases from runs $18 /acre each year. I would bet that lease is around 1.600. 3 year leases. yours to post and use all year. They are a timber company so really big rule is DON"T TOUCH THE TREES...lol

It is just over $1600 a year and yes you can post and use the land as if it is yours. We are fortunate to have the finger lakes hiking trail run straight through the land so we have access to miles of atv, hiking and cross country skiing trails.

The land is on a long term lease with a timber company. It is $14,000 OBO for the cabin and posession of the lease.
