One of Roy's sidekicks was a guy named Pat Brady and he drove a Jeep named Nellybelle . If I recall correctly Gabby Hayes was his 1st sidekick .

Anyway , I think it would be hard to conceal that derringer in a baseball cap .

Fasteddie has Pat Brady and Nelly Belle right..Gabby Hayes starred in a lot of Roy's films.. He was from Hornell, NY, by the way. He played a real HAYSEED, but in real life was a very articulate man..

Roy's horse was named Trigger, and his dog was named Bullet..

His girlfreind was Dale Evans and her horse was named Buttermilk.

Roy Rogers was my first TV hero.. Davy Crockett was a close second...
