bigpaul
Nothing new in farming practice but my first try. I let my winter rye grow and then rolled it with a cultipacker. It started to stand back up so I sprayed it with gly. I hand planted a pile of pumpkins and sunflowers in it. It’s all growing with no weed competition and the dead rye helps hold in moisture. I also broadcasted Antler King Slam Dunk in the far section of rye and that is coming in nicely. Always fun watching a plan come together.
