DVD help

The -r format is generally more compatible but as HBB mentioned most all burners theses days accept either. Having said that unlike a usb flash drive you need a software program that uses your dvd burner/drive to 'burn' or write files to the blank dvd. Can be done from within Windows but other programs usually have an easier to use interface or drag & drop then write. What is your OS & what burning software does it have?

I have other DVDs to use. Couldn't figure out how to get to dvd so i put pictures on thumb drives then to dvds. I was able to put pictures on 4 dvds. now it wont let me put anymore on the drives even though there is nothing there. Maybe i have done enough for today its  so frustrating, i was just trying to clean up the computer a bit and make room.

 Thanks Fantail
