Super stoked for may first! Got my fiance taking her hunters safety course this weekend...so it looks like i may have a partner for opening day. Shes super stoked....walking around practicing with the turkey calls. Asking nine million questions like my 9 year old. Hes upset because he wants to hunt but ny state says no. He will go with us this yesr though and hopefully i can get my fiance her first turkey and have my son with me when i take a bird. Im gonna assume im not the only one whos getting antsy!

I went out to the blind to restock my good jars and water bottle supply...I plan on going out early one morning next week to do some pics...but this cold snap we are about to get will give me a chance to cut and clear some tops that blew down cluttering my path and shooting lanes...I need to go check out camp as well...I may need to look for some mature birds down there..

PS... Don't forget to get those blinds out and opened early....just in case there is a problem to fix...or smells to alert deer...an alert deer is a gobbler never seen

I've been waking up gobbling every morning for the past few weeks now...lol.  Can't wait to get out after the kings of spring next weekend!!!
