Productive Weekend!

Had a really productive weekend. We brush hog all trails and began to reclaim some of the old apple trees. The previous owner let the property go for years and the areas around the apple trees have become over grown. I got the brush hog in there and hope to clean up around more of the trees later this summer. We also planted some corn and tilled two more plots which we will plant later this summer. Even got a chance to smoke some ribs. Couldn't be happier!! Well maybe with some rain.

Good move on the apple trees, & the perogies.

 

Sat. at camp seemed to be a good day for plot work. Expanding plots, a pick axe & sludge take out a few old stumps. The tiller will still have it's work cut out for it with the ground I'm working with.
