Off to two closings tomorrow.

I thought after buying and selling 8 houses the last would be the easiest.....nope. We close on the sale tomorrow at 10:30 and the purchase at 2:00. Between the cash buyers out there eating everything up, appraisals not keeping up with the market, home inspectors screwing up a sale and crazy realtors that think they know everything I'm done!!!!! I hope, no I know this will be the last house I ever buy cause in 7-10 years it's bye bye Long Island and hello to my cabin. Wish me luck, hopefully by 3:30 I'll be having a cool one at the new house!

1st close was a breeze. Went to do the walkthrough at the purchase.....basement flooded. Hose broke on a filteration system

drywell full and an inch or water in some spots. All being addressed as I type but will have to hold escrow money fore sure. 

It never ends..........

Yes I was homeless for about 5 hours! Yes in the end the seller gave me a 3 grand credit and we went our separate ways. 

They cleaned up the water and fixed the leak. So back to moving in tomorrow. Thanks all.
