Anyone know if the License structure & pricing change passed or not?

No idea. I bought a lifetime about 8 years ago. I don't worry about that now, just wait for it to come in the mail. I haven't heard anything about it since they announced there were going to be changes though.

yeah sounded real good for us non residents till I found the proposed changes

doesn't look like it will be any change for me we spend a week for bow season out western NY & looked like I will pay the same price as we will be required to buy a regular hunting license on top of the bow license

still will be $140 + cost of DMP's

may have to look for some public land on the VT side to hunt to makeuse of the firearm tag
