17 Winchester Super Mag.

Anyone even seen a rifle chambered in this yet or get a chance to shoot one? It seems to be in real short supply. As far as I know, the only rifle chambered in 17 Win. super Mag. is made by Savage but no one has them in stock.

I've been waiting for the Savage B-Mag also , but I believe Browning is also making a rifle chambered in the 17 caliber magnum . I hate to think how difficult it will be getting ammo for it .

My brother was calling around local shops to check on availability. The guy from the first shop he called said yup I got one(Savage B-Mag) right here. So he went and picked it up. He  has since shot it a few times and said it's a shooter! We'll ask the yotes how well it does! 

 Check the small Mom 'n Pop shops, you might get lucky and find one!

The local Gander Mtn. has the ammo. but no rifles. I just want to check one out.

The only Savage B-Mag available now is the synthetic stock non bull barrel, MSRP $375. Considered getting it but it'll take about 3 weeks.
