growalot
FIL went on vacation...daughter went up to check on things...house has a BAD bug infestation....not sure if it's the warehouse beetle or the drug store beetle...latter being the worst...but ground zero was an open box of milk bones...for those of you who buy milk bones...this is going to cost him some $$$$...we always immediately dump them into a sealed plastic container and toss the box...Just a heads up.... sits in trees
Bugs are something I just can not live with. I've been seeing the Chinese stink bugs all over my house lately! I had a weird feeling on my arm last night in bed and just scratched my arm in the dark thinking nothing of it then 3 seconds later my wife jumps up in bed and yells AHhh there was something crawling on my neck, so I flip on the lights and there we are 3 oclock in the morning tossing the sheets off the bed and looking for whatever the hell it was, we never found it and needless to say I didn't sleep well for the rest of the morning. Hope you get them little buggers under control, good luck.
crappyice
With three kids we buy a ton if cereal from Costco-started getting moths in the house and found they were coming from the cardboard boxes the cereal came in- now we dump all food into storage bins
Stretcher Guy
We have those damn Pantry Moths too. Of the numerous bugs that can infest a home I can deal with them.
bluecoupe
Those freekin' stink bugs are everywhere it seems. I know it's futile but I bought a gallon of Raid Bug Barrier and spray it on every one of those ********s that I see on the house. It doesn't kill them immediately but they do die afterward. It seems to also stay on the house and continue to work. Doesn't kill 'em all but anything's better than nothing as far as I'm concerned. I have found a few inside of our three season porch. I just grab a piece of TP and flush 'em. I *think* I read somewhere that the praying mantis was their one known natural enemy and this summer, low and behold I saw the first PM I'd ever seen in Dutchess County. Water Rat
I've been waging a war on these stink bugs for 2 months now. I just fill a spray bottle with warm soapy water........cheap way to kill em. Last week I saw the biggest praying mantis of my life on my deck. It had to be a good 4" long .
