Afternoon bird hunt

What a blast it is hunting this time of year, my wife went this morning and flushed 8 and I went after work and put up 10 Woodcock and 2 Pheasant. I wouldn't have found a single one with out my dog. He pointed 9 out of the 12 I flushed. 2 Woodcock and one Pheasant for today. All public land. I blew one easy shot and the rest were the birds fault, not mine. Lol

sure is a great way to spend sometime afield even when having troubles hitting them i'm 5 for 30 so far this season but will still head out tomorrow.

I ain't that rich lol, I do enjoy Brownings and own three.

No it is a Franchi Diamond, they were made for Dicks sporting goods but I don't think they make them anymore. I love my Franchi, I took two turkeys with it this past spring too.

We finished woodcock season with 53 flushed birds, including a few pheasant mixed in. Now it's rabbit and grouse time.
