Don't think so. I have her on 3 cameras and she seems to be fine

You should take her out if you got the chance. That thing is big and will most likely only get bigger. Eventually it could pop and she can bleed to death. Or it keeps getting bigger and effects her way if life. If she does survive then you dont want her to spread any cancer/tumor genes to the off spring
