Spent the evening in Lake George with good friends at Monte Cristos Bar and Grill and the night at Dunham's Bay Resort. Looking forward to watching my daughter compete in the NYS Cross Country Championships tomorrow. Damn its cold up here!!!

Oyster Bay Girls Cross Country Team at Queensbury NY State Championships. My daughter is the one the left. Very proud of all of them.

Feels good to be back home after a long day in Queensbury NY. All the girls PR'ed today and one made it to All States Regionals.
