Redneckoflatham
I have pics of a nice buck coming to a scrape it's a small plot of woods and the rest farm land I have a stand 200 yards from the active scrape would you move a stand closer to the scrape or try and call him in with scent and rattling antlers or what should I do? UpstateNomad90
Moving closer to the area almost seems like the best idea, but a major concern would be how the wind generally moves in that area? Is it an area you can move to and set up without worrying you will be pushing your scent on to all of the sign you just uncovered.
sweet old bill
depends on the wind, also is there a good trees that will give you cover ? I like to put stand between 3 trees so I always had cover...I still would be off 50 to 60 yards and then try to give a grunt or a doe blet and see if you can get him to come to you..
