Bird Hunting in Montana

I started to talk about hunting out in Montana this year on another thread and I did not want to hijack the thread so I thought I would post here. I have not been on for a while and some guys have liked my pictures and tales of western bird hunting so I though I would post.

 

This year I breed my dog and we only had 2 pups so I just kept them both and got them started on Sharptail Grouse and Pheasants. They had a ball. These are my pups at a few weeks old

 

  This is Sophie the mother it is her 4th year in Montana she loves it.

I got this camper this year it was nice stayed 3 weeks in it.

^{I found some private land around Cameron and I am headed out next week. I have never hunted there and I have never hunted wild quail. I have been  looking for a wild quail spot for years that I could hunt on myself without a guide and all the add ons and this seems to be it. I am hoping it is as good as it sounds.}
