BKhunter
Just made venison sloppy Joes tonight....thinking next year a whole deer might go through the grinder so I can make this more often along with the my sausage and venison tacos. 1 1/2 lbs ground venison 1 red bell pepper diced 1 small yellow onion chopped 3 cloves chopped garlic 1 15 oz tomato sauce 1/2 cup sweet baby rays BBQ sauce 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon dried mustard 1 tablespoon wersterschier (however you spell is sauce) 1 can kidney beans Heavy squeeze of siracha sauce Sauté onions and pepper in a tablespoons of olive oil until the onions are translucent. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Put into a bowl off to the side. Brown venison with some salt and pepper and then add back vegetables and add tomato sauce and all other ingredients and summer for 15 minutes. I add more siracha then most because I like mine spivey. Serve on a nice toasted bun.... I forgot to add the beans this time because I didn't feel like running to the store but still tasted great!
