Turkey vultuers

About 11:30 this morning I was walking to another part of the property, to hunt the last half hour. I was out in the middle of a cut field. I stopped to take a drink of water, and I noticed 2 turkey vultures cruising way above me. I stood still and watched them, for a while,  and they got lower and lower, right over my head. They circled with in 20 feet or so, right above me ! I could hear wind cutting under their wings. I figured "screw this" and as soon as I started to walk again, they circled higher and higher, and gradually moved off. WTF? did I smell that bad?? I showered this morning..LOL!! I have seen these things a bunch of times and have never had them come so close. Maybe its an omen…..

I'd schedule a doctors appointment......I hear they can spot an easy meal.
