Pronghorn battle + bowhunt

This would be pretty intense and very cool to experience I'm sure, vid below. I've never taken on an antelope but heard its quite a challenge. I'm sure these guys being tangled up helped a bit.

From what I've been told the bucks can very aggressive. The only one I shot was snuck up to around 200 yards and started to get ready to take the shot. The buck was with 8 or 9 does and spotted us. The does stayed put but the buck kept coming closer and closer to us and didn't look happy. I shot him at like 80 yards if I remember correctly and he was still on his way closer

Interesting hunt!  Boy do I hate spine shots though.....

 

I've killed 4 or 5 antelope over the years and NEVER seen country like THAT!  It's always been bald as a cue ball where I've chased them.

 

Those young guys get all the action.
