Big Indian
I decided to make a wing bone call from the turkey I shot this spring. It was a fun project and I enjoyed doing it. I got some tips from a few members here as well as you tube. I used epoxy to hold the 3 pieces together and rod wrapping thread to "dress it up" . Overall, I am happy with how it came out, but I wanted the colors black/ green/ brown to look like camo, the problem was when I put the finishing glue on the green thread it turned it dark and almost makes it look black. I also added some turkey footprints. I look forward to putting it to use Edited August 25, 2014 by Big Indian
Uncle Nicky
Looks good, thinking of making one myself, but I know they are extremely difficult to learn to use. Took me 10 years to finally figure out how to use a diaphragm call.

adkbuck
Wow, Nice Job Indian. Wingbone calls are special. I like using wingbone calls although I always need to get reacquainted and practice with mine before each turkey season. I liked adding a rubber button or small faucet o-ring slid up a bit from the mouth end. I helps me have a consistent way to insure that my lips my are in the correct location on the call. I like having that there as it makes it less likely that I will make a bad note.
RTGobbler
Awesome call. There is something about the close to nature feel for wingbone calls that is great. Even if I do sound terrible
