Is my 2013-14 license still valid for this September squirrel season?

Yes you actually need to use last years license until October 1st

Thanks. I wasn't sure if there was a change in the 14-15 licenses.

For the month of september 2014 both/either licenses are legal. Starting next year the licenses will be valid from sept 1st until the following sept 1st.
