Not really road kill....

I was on 87 yesterday (I think around Kingston... could be wrong. I was sleeping and just woke up while my father was driving). Ahead in the road was a dead deer, (probably a doe... it was pretty wrecked) that had been flattened pretty good with no blood or guts. This deer was clearly gutted & must have fallen off of someones vehicle. Anyone here missing a deer?

I am sure that when the road kill crew comes along and finds a tag on it they will get a hold of the person.

 

Probably fine them for at least littering if not with others, like improper disposal of a carcass
