NAP Hellrazor broadheads

I currently shoot the NAP Hellrazors 100 gr. and was looking on line for a back up pack of 3 and I noticed there is a 100 gr. crossbow broadhead. Does any one know if they are the same or are crossbow bolts different threads? The pictures look identical.

I think they might have a different ferrule diameter where the threads are.  crossbow bolts are larger diameter.
