Inner Loins

I got these out of a doe I shot this afternoon.  I'm going to do my standard with them.  Cook down a few slices of bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces, a chopped onion, and a can of sliced mushrooms.  Once they are taking on color, I'll put the sliced loin on top for about 45 seconds on each side, then serve with the bacon, onions, and mushrooms on top.

 

Anyone have any other great ideas for fresh inner loins?
