Thanks, I know but since baiting has become legal in NJ, it really makes for a quick ethical kill, perfect for if you are in a management township hunt like I am and we are legal at 150' from a house with bow which is great where the McMansions are with huge lots where the deer like to hang... You can drop your bait where there are no obstructions like a twig etc. to take your arrow off course to miss or wound and usually you can just wait for that perfect broadside shot.

 

In my zone there is no bag limit on doe and allowed 1 buck per season.
