Mr VJP
"At least six states have issued warnings about lead bullets and the risks for pregnant women and children. " The only way lead bullets present a danger to pregnant woman and children, is if they are hitting them at 2700 fps. The U.S. District Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit said Tuesday that environmental groups have suggested no way in which EPA could regulate spent lead bullets and shot without also regulating cartridges and shells. The Toxic Substances Control Act exempts cartridges and shells from regulation. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/12/24/court-rules-against-environmentalists-seeking-epa-regs-for-lead-bullets/?intcmp=latestnews Edited December 24, 2014 by Mr VJP

landtracdeerhunter
These agencies have gain way to much power. It's time these positions become elected by the people, instead of appointed. In past history, they have done some good. Today, they attack companies that have wealth, in order to continue their strive. Residents are so stupid, the agencies blinding light shines in their faces. The communities loose and these agencies don't give a dam!
