ants Posted December 28, 2014 Share Posted December 28, 2014 Chop it into really small pieces. Then soak it in a mixture of 1 tsp. tenderizer , 1/4 cup vinegar and 2 cups water per pound. Let soak for about 1-2 hours ( way less if using less tough cuts of meat ..more like 20 mins ) drain and rinse. let the meat dry (or pat with a paper towel) then fry it up with , pre boiled, diced potatoes and season to taste. You can add onion, peppers, bacon, sausage… what ever..I make it like hash and have it with eggs & toast. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
